Targeted applications include battery powered equipment, which benefit from low r ON resistance (0.8), excellent r ON flatness, and fast switching speeds (t ON = 24ns, t OFF = 10ns). The digital logic input is 1.8V logic patible when using a single +3.0V supply. Cell phones, for example, often face ASIC functionality limitations.
