ISL84780 NOT RECOMMENDED FOR NEW DESIGNS RECOMMENDED REPLACEMENT PART ISL84781 Ultra Low ON-Resistance, Low Voltage, Single Supply, Quad 2:1 Analog Multiplexer DATASHEET FN6099 Rev 1.00 December 27, 2004 The Intersil ISL84780 device is a low ON-resistance, low voltage, bidirectional, Quad SPDT (Dual DPDT) analog switch designed to operate from a single +1.6V to +3.6V supply. Targeted applications include battery-powered equipment that benefit from low on-resistance, and fast switching speeds (tON = 12ns, tOFF = 8ns). The digital logic input is 1.8V logic-compatible when using a single +3V supply. Cell phones, for example, often face ASIC functionality limitations.
