ISL97653A Description
With an input operating range of 4V to 14V, both monly used LCD-TV input supplies, 5V and 12V, are supported. An AVDD supply up to 20V is generated by a high-performance PWM BOOST converter with an integrated 4.4A FET. VON is generated using an integrated charge pump with on-chip diodes and can be modulated using an on-chip VON slice control circuit.
