It can deliver up to continuous 0.5A output current with excellent load regulation and line regulation performance. The RAA211605 employs peak-current mode control with a 450kHz nominal switching frequency and pulse skipping mode under light load. It provides fast and robust transient response performance. Internally implemented soft-start and loop compensation circuitry also help to simplify design and minimize BOM cost.
