RAA271000 Overview
RAA271000 General-Purpose Power Management IC for Automotive Applications Datasheet The RAA271000 is a general-purpose Power Management Integrated Circuit (PMIC) suitable for the Renesas R-Car SoC series. RAA271000 contains five high efficiency DC/DC synchronous buck regulators and two low-dropout linear regulators (LDO). RAA271000 can support ASIL D system safety goals.
