The RD30LDT595 has eight edge trigger D–type Flip–Flops with eight latches in 16–pin package.

Data is input to the serial data input and the clock pulse is input to the clock input.

When the clock is changed from ”L” to ”H”, the signal of the data input enters an internal shift register.
