General Description
The μ PC79Nxx Series are three-terminal negative output voltage stabilization power supply circuit of fixed output voltage.
It regulates non-stabilized DC input voltage to output stabilized fixed voltage.
5 V, 8 V, 12 V, 15 V,Key Features
- Output current : 300 mA.
- On-chip some protection circuits (over current protection, thermal shut down).
