UPG2413T6Z Overview
The μPG2413T6Z is a GaAs MMIC SP3T switch which was developed for Bluetooth, wireless LAN. This device can operate at frequencies from 0.5 to 3.0 GHz, with low insertion loss. This device is housed in a 8-pin plastic TSON (Thin Small Out-line Flat Non-leaded) package and is suitable for highdensity surface mounting.
