Description
The µPD78P064B is a product of µPD78064B subseries in 78K/0 series, in which the on-chip mask ROM of the µPD78064B is replaced by one-time PROM.
Features
- Pin compatible with mask ROM products (except the VPP pin).
- Internal PROM: 32K bytes One-time programming possible (most suitable for small-scale production).
- Internal high-speed RAM: 1024 bytes.
- LCD display RAM: 40 × 4 bits.
- Operable in the same supply voltage as mask ROM products (VDD = 2.0 to 6.0 V).
- Corresponding to QTOPTM microcomputers
