Description The RT9080 is a low-dropout (LDO) voltage regulator f eaturing an enable f unction ,operating over a wide input voltage range f rom 1.2V to 5.5V. The RT9080 delivers a maximum output current of 600m A and is designed f or low-power operation, all within a pact package. The f eatures of low quiescent current, as low as 2A, and almost zero disable current, are ideal f or powering battery equipment f or a longer service lif e.
