Pin Configurations Feature 8V to 14V Input Supply Voltage Sync-Boost Regulator for AVDD with 13.5V to 19.8V Programmable Output and Current Limit Buck Regulator for VI/O with 2.2V to 3.7V Programmable Output Positive Charge Pump Regulator for VGH with 20V to 40V Programmable Output and 0V to 15V Gate Shaping Voltage Negative Charge Pump Regulator for VGL with -4.5V to -13.
