The RT6220 operates from 4.5V to 23V input voltage, provides complete protection functions including Current Limit Protection, Undervoltage Protection (UVP) and Overvoltage Protection (OVP). This IC also provides a 1.5ms internal soft-start function and an open-drain powergood indicator. The recommended junction temperature range is −40C to 125C, and the ambient temperature range is −40C to 85C.
