is a highly integrated power module designed for advanced motor drive applications. This module integrates an ARM-base motor controller, a 3-phase gate driver, six MOSFETs, a 5V LDO, a charge pump circuit, a buck converter and three current sense resistors, those circuits are specifically implemented for PMSM/BLDC motor applications. For main control scheme, the RT7080 integrates an ARM 32-bit Cortex-M0 core with peripheral circuits to perform field oriented control (FOC) and sensorless motor control.
