RT9094A Description
The RT9094A is a very low dropout linear regulator which operates f rom input voltage as low as 0.8V. The device is capable of supplying 2A of output current with a typical dropout voltage of only 100mV. A VBIAS supply is required to run the internal ref erence and LDO circuitry while output current es directly f rom the VIN supply f or high ef f iciency regulation.
