RT9094A is 2A Ultra-Low Dropout Voltage LDO Regulators manufactured by Richtek.
Description The RT9094A is a very low dropout linear regulator which operates f rom input voltage as low as 0.8V. The device is capable of supplying 2A of output current with a typical dropout voltage of only 100m V. A VBIAS supply is required to run the internal ref erence and LDO circuitry while output current es directly f rom the VIN supply f or high ef f iciency regulation. Userprogrammable soft-start limits the input inrush current and minimizes stress on the input power. The enable input and power good output allow easy sequencing with external regulators. This plete f lexibility provides an eas y -t o-us e ro bust p ower management solution f or a wide variety of applications. The RT9094A is stable with output capacitor greater than or equal to 2.2F. A precise ref erence and error amplif ier deliver 1% accuracy over load, line and temperature. Overcurrent limit and over-temperature protection are also included. The RT9094A is available in the WDFN-10L 3x3 package.
