GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The bootstrap diode is builtin to simplify the circuit design and minimize external part count. The LDO controller drives an external N-MOSFET for lower power requirement. Other features include adjustable operation frequency, internal soft start, under voltage protection, over current protection and shut down function.
