General Description
The RT9397BF is a highly integrated step-up charge pump and inverting charge pump to generate positive and negative output voltage. The output voltages can be adjusted from ±4.5V to ±6V through external feedback resistors. The part maintains highest efficiency by utilizing a x1.33/x1.5/x1.75/x2 mode fractional charge pump with automatic mode transition. The RT9397BF is available in a WQFN-20L 3x3 package to achieve optimized solution for PCB space.
