General Description

The RT9528 is a programmable single-cell Li-ion battery charger with I2C programmable control I/F, Auto PowerPath Management IC and USB/AV Switch.

For the RT9528, there is no need to use external MOSFET.

The RT9528 enters sleep mode when supplies are removed.

® RT9528 I2C Programmable Linear Single Cell Li-Ion Battery Charger with Auto Power-Path Management and USB/AV Switch General Description The RT9528 is a programmable single-cell Li-ion battery charger with I2C programmable control I/F, Auto PowerPath Management IC and USB/AV Switch. For the RT9528, there is no need to use external MOSFET. The RT9528 enters sleep mode when supplies are removed. The RT9528 optimizes the charging task by using a control algorithm including pre-charge mode, fast charge mode and constant voltage mode. The RT9528 includes termination, timer, charge current and VSYS settings via a serial I2C control I/F.
