Overview
The RT9650B is a high frequency, single phase N-Channel MOSFET driver designed for synchronous rectified driving applications and high performance CPU VR driving capabilities. The RT9650B is designed to minimize driver switching losses based on low voltage (5V) power system in high frequency applications.
