General Description
The RTQ2077S is a highly-integrated, low-power high performance PMIC (Power Management IC) for Industrial/ Automotive applications. The device includes one 400mA high voltage synchronous step-down DC-DC converter and one 200mA low dropout LDO. All MOSFETs are integrated, and pensation networks are built-in.
