RTQ2532E - Low-Dropout Linear Regulator

General Description

The RTQ2532E is a high-current (2A), low-noise (6.8VRMS), high accuracy (1% over line, load, and temperature), low-dropout linear regulator (LDO) capable of sourcing 2A with an extremely low dropout (maximum 125mV).

  • PSRR: 44dB at 500kHz.
  • Noise Immunity.
  • 6.8VRMS at 0.5V Output.
  • 16VRMS at 5V Output.
  • Dropout Voltage: 125mV Maximum at 2A.
  • Enable Control.
  • Programmable Soft-Start Output.
