Description
The RTQ6749 is an I2C interf ace programmable power management IC. The IC includes two synchronous boost converters f or PAVDD and VGH, one synchronous NAVDD buck-boost converter, one VGL charge pump, one high-perf ormance V with an 8bit calibrator, and one RESET voltage detector. Available in a WQFN-32L 5x5 package, this device is suitable f or automotive TFT-LCD panels.
The IC can operate f rom 2.5V to 5.5V input voltage. High switching f requency operation prevents the switching noise f rom interf ering with the AM band. Current-limit f unctions are provided f or all internalswitch converters, and output-f ault shutdown protects all converters against output-f ault conditions, and outputs the FAULT signal to municate with automotive puters.
