Smart Power Stage (SPS) Module with Integrated Current and Temperature Monitors 1 General Description The RTQ7685 is a monolithic half-bridge that integrates the synchronous MOSFETs and the gate drivers. It is capable of delivering up to 25A output current across a wide input voltage range of 4.5V to 22V.
