RW1067C-0D-004 34/80SEG DRIVER & CONTROLLER FOR DOT MATRIX LCD INTRODUCTION RW1067 is a dot matrix LCD driver & controller LSI which is fabricated by low power CMOS technology. It can display 4 lines x 16 (5 x 8 dot format) or 2 lines x 16 (5 x 8 dot format). It is ideal for multilanguage application.
