The Rockwell R650011 microputer is a plete 8-bit puter fabricated on a single chip using 'an N-channel silicon gate MaS process. The R650011 plements an established and growing line of R6500 products and has a wide range of microputer applications.
The R6500/1 consists of an R6502 Central Processing Unit (CPU). 2048 bytes of Read Only Memory (ROM). 64 bytes of Random Access Memory (RAM) and interface circuitry for peripheral devices.
