Description

BD2222G, BD2242G and BD2243G are low on-resistance N-channel MOSFET high-side power switches, optimized for Universal Serial Bus (USB) applications.

These devices are equipped with the function of over-current detection, thermal shutdown, under-voltage lockout and soft-start.

Features

Adjustable Current Limit Threshold: 0.2A to 1.7A.
Low On-Resistance (Typ 89mΩ) N-channel MOSFET Built-in.
Soft-Start Circuit.
Output Discharge Function.
BD2242G, BD2243G.
Open-Drain Fault Flag Output.
Thermal Shutdown.
Under-Voltage Lockout.
Reverse Current Protection when Power Switch Off.
