BD2240G and BD2241G are low ON-Resistance high-side power switches N-Channel MOSFETs for Universal Serial Bus (USB) applications.

These ICs have built-in over-current protection, thermal shutdown, under-voltage lockout and soft-start.

Input Voltage Range: 2.7V to 5.5V
