Features

The series supports the use of ceramic capacitors as output phase compensation capacitors. The reset detection voltage can be changed by connecting a resistor to the Vs pin. （BD3004HFP）The watchdog timer can be switched on and off using the INH pin input logic. （BD3005HFP）
