Description

The BD9106FVM, BD9107FVM, BD9109FVM, BD9110NV, and BD9120HFN are ROHM’s high efficiency step-down switching regulators designed to produce a voltage as low as 1V from a supply voltage of 3.3V or 5.0V.

Fast Transient Response because of Current Mode Control System.
High Efficiency for All Load Ranges because of Synchronous Switches (Nch and Pch FET) and SLLMTM (Simple Light Load Mode).
Soft-Start Function.
