General Description

The BD9300F/FV 1-channel DC/DC Step-up, step-down, and inverting converter controller.

This IC has a wide input voltage range of 3.6 to 35 V, providing for a variety of applications.

The pin assignment is similar to that of the BA9700, facilitating a space-saving application.
