MS1022 High-Precision Time-to-Digital Converter PRODUCT DESCRIPTION The MS1022 is high-precision time measurement circuit, which integrates analog comparator, analog switch and schmitt trigger and so on, thus greatly simplifying peripherals. In addition, the first wave detection function makes the MS1022 improve the anti-interference ability. According to read the relative width of first return pulse, user can get the strength indication of received signal. And by the indication, many fault conditions can be judged, such as ultrasonic transducer fault, increased tube coverings and bubbles in water.
