MS1100 16-Bit ADC with On-board Reference PRODUCT DESCRIPTION The MS1100 is a precision, continuously self-calibrating ADC up to 16 bits resolution. The on-board reference provides a differential input range of ±2.048V. The MS1100 uses an I2C serial interface. The MS1100 operates from a single power supply ranging from 2.7V to 5.5V. The MS1100 can perform conversions at rates of 15, 30, 60 or 240 samples per second (SPS). In single-conversion mode, the MS1100 automatically powers down after a conversion, greatly reducing current consumption during idle periods. The MS1100 is designed for applications requiring high resolution measurement, where space and power consumption are major considerations.
