General Description

The MS9280 is a single-chip, single power supply, 10bit, 35MSPS analog-to-digital converter.

It is integrated with the sample-and-hold amplifier and reference power supply internally.

The MS9280 uses multistage differential pipeline architecture to guarantee no missing codes over the full operating temperature range at 35MSPS data rate.
