Package The SX68000MH series are high voltage 3-phase SOP36 motor drivers in which transistors, a pre-drive circuit, and bootstrap circuits (diodes and resistors) are highly 1 36 integrated. These products can optimally control the inverter systems of low- to medium-capacity motors that require universal input standards.
