SDC283 Description
Features The SDC283 is a one-chip solution for driving two-coil Tbrushless DC cooling fans. Based on the advanced CMOS process, the IC contains a Hall-effect sensor, dynamic Noffset correction and low side output drivers. EIn the case of power supply reverse connecting, the internal protection diode can protect IC but not protect OCUMcoil, a protection diode can be added if necessary Wide operating voltage range:.
