Description
RClamp®3361P is an ultra low capacitance ESD protection device specifically designed to protect high-speed Ethernet lines. It offers desirable characteristics for board level protection including fast response time, low operating and clamping voltage, and no device degradation. The device features high surge capability of 7A (tp = 8/20 μs). ESD characteristics are highlighted by low peak ESD clamping voltage, and high ESD withstand voltage (±12k V contact per IEC 61000-42). RClamp3361P has a typical capacitance of 0.2p F ideal for high speed lines. Each device will protect one highspeed data line operating up to 3.3 volts.
RClamp3361P is in a 2-pin SLP1006P2 package. It measures 1.0 x 0.6 mm with a nominal height of 0.5mm. The leads are finished with lead-free Ni Pd Au.
