RGP15A THRU RGP15M FAST SWITCHING RECTIFIERS GLASS PASSIVATED JUNCTION Reverse Voltage 50 to 1000 Volts Forward Current 1.5 Amperes.

  • Terminals: Plated axial leads, solderable per MIL-STD-750, Method 2026
  • Polarity: Color band denotes cathode end
