DESCRIPTION
A simple, low current boost circuit can be implemented without costly inductors or capacitors. Internal MOSFETs and control circuitry eliminate the need for costly board space and design time. Three modes of output voltage can be programmed via the ADJ pin. Modes include: VO = (1.32*VIN) ± 4% @ 7mA of output current VO = (1.515 * VIN) ± 4% @ 4mA of output current and the adjustable mode where an external resistor divider determines the output voltage. The SC1461 is packaged in a 5 lead SOT-23 package. SC1461 FEATURES
