The SC704/SC705 is a low input voltage, low Ron load switch, designed for use in battery powered applications. The device provides controlled soft-start to limit inrush current. DESCRIPTION
Integrated circuitry controls the switch to minimize resistance over a wide range of conditions. The SC704/SC705 is offered in an ultra-small 4-bump 0.76mm×0.76mm Chip Scale Package (CSP) which enables very small board area implementations.
