Depending on the device version, 2, 3 or 4 programmable ports are included. The parasitic resistances in series with the temperature monitoring diode can be cancelled by an algorithmic, a 3point or a Kelvin (4-wire) method. The SX8744 is pin-to-pin compatible with the LM86 part. The SX8733 (2 programmable ports) is available in MLPD6 package.
