GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The SGM2033 is an ultra-low noise, low VIN, high PSRR, high accuracy and low dropout voltage linear regulator which is designed using CMOS technology. It provides 250mA output current capability. The operating input voltage range is from 1.8V to 5.5V and output voltage range is from 1.2V to 5.0V.
Other Features include logic-controlled shutdown mode, short-circuit current limit and thermal shutdown protection. The SGM2033 has automatic discharge function to quickly discharge VOUT in the disabled status.
