SGM2057
Overview
The SGM2057 is a negative output charge pump which has an inside adjustable regulator. The input voltage range is from 2.3V to 5.5V and the unregulated output equals to -VIN.

- Dual Outputs: VOUT1: -VIN (Unregulated Negative Charge Pump Output) VOUT2: -VCTL between 0V and -VIN (Regulated Output)
- Output Current Limit: 175mA (TYP)

- No Inrush Current during Start-Up
