SGM2074 Overview
The SGM2074 is a low noise, low dropout, bias rail CMOS voltage regulator. It is capable of supplying 500mA output current with typical VIN dropout voltage of only 125mV. The operating input voltage range is from 0.8V to 5.5V and bias supply voltage range is from 2.5V to 5.5V.
