DESCRIPTION The SGM2217 is a low noise, high current and low dropout voltage linear regulator. It is capable of supplying 1.5A output current with typical dropout voltage of 1.3V. The operating input voltage range is from 2.8V to 30V. The fixed output voltages are 1.8V, 2.5V, 2.8V, 3.0V, 3.3V, 5.0V and 12V. The adjustable output voltage range is from 1.25V to 26V. Other features include short-circuit current limit and thermal shutdown protection. The SGM2217 is available in Green TO-263-3A and TDFN-4×4-8L packages. It operates over an operating temperature range of -40℃ to +125℃.
