SGM40675A Description
The SGM40675A is an over-voltage protector with a plete set of protection functions. In low-voltage system applications, the OUT terminal can effectively prevent power supply failures up to 28V. Moreover, there is an internal clamping design that protects the product from surge events of up to ±100V.
