Description

The SGM452 is an industry standard digital temperature sensor which integrates sigma-delta analog-to-digital converter (ADC) and I2C interface.

This device is accurate to ±1℃ in the range of -20℃ to +85℃ and ±1.2℃ in the range of -55℃ to +125℃.

The SGM452 offers 12-bit digital temperature readings.

Features

Power Supply Voltage Range: 2.7V to 5.5V.
Temperature Accuracy:  -20℃ to +85℃: ±1℃ (MAX)  -55℃ to +125℃: ±1.2℃ (MAX).
Low Quiescent Current: 49μA (TYP).
Shutdown Mode Current: 0.4μA (TYP).
Without External Components.
Minimize Power Consumption through Shutdown Mode.
Support Eight SGM452 Devices in One Serial Bus.
Support 1.8V I2C Bus Voltage at 3.3V Power Supply.
Power-Up Defaults Can be Operated StandAlone as Thermostat.
Available in Green S.
