SGM61103 Product details

Description

The SGM61103 is an easy-to-use synchronous Buck DC/DC converter optimized for low-power applications.

A high switching frequency of 1MHz (TYP) allows the use of small inductors and provides fast transient response as well as high output voltage accuracy by using AHP-COT control topology.

AHP-COT Control Topology.
Input Voltage Range: 3V to 17V.
Output Voltage Range: 1.2V to 10V.
Quiescent Current: 28µA (TYP).
Shutdown Current: 450nA (TYP).
Switching Frequency: Up to 1MHz.
EN Pin with Precise Threshold.
EN_HYS Pin for Additional Hysteresis Programming.
100% Duty Cycle Mode.
Power Good Indicator.
Output Discharge.
Available in a Green TDFN-2×2-8AL Package.
