General Description

The SGM61430 and SGM61431 are internally pensated, synchronous Buck converters with a wide 4.5V to 36V input voltage range and 3A output current capability.

These devices can be easily used in various industrial applications powered from unregulated sources.

Easy pensation and cycle-by-cycle current limit are obtained by peak current mode control.
