SGM6230 Description
FEATURES The SGM6230 is a current-mode buck converter with an internal power MOSFET switch. This device has a fixed switching frequency of 385kHz. It can efficiently provide up to 2A output load current over a wide input supply range from 4.5V to 38V with good load and line regulation responses.
