SGM6607A Description
The SGM6607A is a high voltage switching regulator. It integrates a 40V low-side MOSFET to offer an output voltage up to 38V. It also accepts a wide input voltage range of 3V to 20V from multi-cell batteries or regulated 5V/12V power rails.
