SGM7SZ125 Description
The SGM7SZ125 is a single buffer with three-state output with advanced CMOS technology. The supply voltage pin of this device accepts any voltage from 1.65V to 5.5V. The inputs can tolerate a maximum of 6V, regardless of the supply voltage range.
